    Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at BGS Institute of Technology is based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Examination) and the entrance exams (KCET/COMED-K). The candidate should have passed with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Bio Technology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as optional subjects. For SC/ST & OBC category candidates, the minimum marks required are 40%.
