To get admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling and Psychotherapy at Banaras Hindu University, a student must have passed M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology/Cognitive Sciences/Applied Psychology/Psychiatric Nursing/Social Work/M.Ed. (Special Education)/M.B.B.S./B.A.M.S. with a minimum of 50% marks. The course is a 1-year PG Diploma with 25 seats at Rajeev Gandhi South Campus and 15 seats at the main Department of B.H.U campus. The admission procedure is the same as for other courses, and candidates must submit certificates, including mark sheets and migration certificates, at the time of admission.
