How to get admission to Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering?

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering admissions are entrance-based. Studnents are offered admission based on CET/ TANCET scores. Candidates who qualify the selection process are offered 50% seats through DTE counselling and remaining seats are filled through college level counselling. Course Name Eligibility Selection Criteria B.E./BTech
- Pass Class 12 with minimum 60% aggregate
- Medical fitness certificate & Merchant Marine Psychometric Evaluation Certificate
- A Valid passport is required
Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Directorate General of Shipping, Govt. BTech (Lateral Entry) - Pass 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine/ EEE/ ECE with minimum 55% in the final year
- Obtained minimum 50% aggregate in English in Class 10 or Diploma
- Medical fitness certificate & Merchant Marine Psychometric Evaluation Test certificate
Merit-based M.E./MTech UG degree in BTech from a recognised university TANCET/ CET conducted by Consortium of Colleges as per Tamilnadu Common Entrance Test
