How to get admission to the MCA programme at CUSAT?

<p>Hi.</p><p>Appear for the entrance exam: CUSAT uses its own admission test, the CUSAT CAT (Common Admission Test), for MCA admissions.&nbsp;</p><p>Register online:</p><p>Visit the official CUSAT admissions portal.&nbsp;</p><p>Complete “New Candidate Registration, ” fill personal and academic details, upload scanned photograph/signature, and select MCA (or other preferred programmes) as course choices.&nbsp;</p><p>Pay the application fee. For general category the fee is ₹ 1,100; for Kerala SC/ST candidates it's ₹ 500.&nbsp;</p><p>Select programme preference: After the exam and rank list are out, log in to your profile and register options in order of preference (e.g. MCA Regular, MCA Cost‑sharing, campus preference, etc.).</p><p>Seat allotment / counselling: CUSAT will allot seats based on your CAT rank + options submitted + eligibility + seat availability (quota / regular / cost‑sharing).&nbsp;</p><p>Document verification and fee payment: If allotted a seat, you must complete admission formalities (submit required documents, pay fees, etc.) to confirm admission.</p>

Students can go to the university admission page (admission.cusat.ac.in) to register themselves for &lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/cusat-cat-exam" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;CUSAT CAT&lt;/a&gt;&nbsp; (Common Admission Test).
