Supinfocom is a France based college. In India it has collaborated with DSK at Pune. So it must be having a good syllabus. There a few other good places to learn including NID, IIT -IDC, IIT Guwahati, Arena Chandigarh etc. If you're creative, you can always consider going for this field. A good ment
