National Entrance cum Eligibility Test NEET is the only gateway for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in India. So you need to appear NEET. NEET will be based on Physics Chemistry and Biology of 11th and 12th.

This is not known at which stage of your studies, you are asking this. However, the PMT/NEET is the qualifying thing and after a Medical stream in 12th, one gets into MBBS.
