How to get back the money credited?
I have done payment through tpsl online and the amount got credited from my account but the payment is not received yet by icic bank due to this i am unable to download the form for my nata exam.Now shall i pay through challan or wait till the amount is refunded back ?

You have to apply to them again and ask for a refund which they may pay back through Bank.
