Well as per my perception you can get direct admission if you have given any nation a test Like MAT CAT. In that case only needs to just clear interview no need give LPU NEST test, but if you do not have any national test with you than you have to clear LPU NEST test. This is the eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or CAT or MAT or XAT or NMAT or CMAT^ and Interview.
