How to get into Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research for UG/PG courses? What's the eligibility for admission?

Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.<br>2. Minimum marks: 50% (General), 40% (SC/ST/OBC), 45% (PwD) in those three assignments.<br>3.
