For admission to the UG/PG courses of Jnana Vikas Institute of Technology (JVIT), the candidates needed to fulfil the eligibility criteria only. UG (B.E): 50% marks in 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry Mathematics) for the general category, 10% for SC/ST/OBC. Entrance exams: For KCET there is an 85% percentile while for COMEDK/JEE Main there is only a 15% percentile. Lateral entry: Diploma (50% aggregate). PG (M.Tech): 50% of the total marks in B.E/B.Tech An entrance test: GATE/PGCET. Document verification is also involved in setting and implementing eligibility criteria.
