You can also apply if you have passed a 10+3 Diploma in any stream recognised by the Central or State Governments.&nbsp;</p><p>Entrance test</p><p>The Government of Telangana conducts the ICET, and 70% of the seats are allotted based on the merit in this test.&nbsp;</p><p>KCEA is a private institute affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University Hyderabad (JNTUH).
