  • Admission to B.Tech courses at Naraina College of Engineering and Technology requires the candidate to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) and also have qualified JEE Main or UPCET. For PG applications, M.Tech requires candidates to have B.Tech in a relevant field with a valid GATE score; MBA requires candidate's Bachelor's Degree with UPCET, CAT, or MAT qualification; and MCA requires graduation in any faculty with Mathematics.

To join UG (B.Tech) course in Naraina College of Engineering and Technology, you have to take entry exam like 10+2 with Physics, Math and Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational subject, 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). The main means of admission is through JEE Main or UPTAC marks and counselling. In case of PG (M.Tech/MBA/MCA), a preferable Bachelor degree with at least 50% (45% reserved) is a must. GATE scores are considered under M.Tech, whereas calling scores- CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT or state level entrance tests such as UPTAC are required under MBA/MCA. On-line applications are made.

Alright, here's the deal: Naraina College of Engineering and Technology in Kanpur (yep, the one tied up with AKTU) usually drops their semester results twice a year—odd semesters show up somewhere around March or April, and the even ones roll out in July or August. Now, considering it's June 29, 2025, the even semester results probably aren't out yet, but they're definitely lurking around the corner. If you're getting antsy or just wanna be sure, best bet is to stalk the official AKTU or NCET websites. Trust me, refreshing those pages is like a rite of passage at this point.

Pretty solid overall. Teachers are smart, friendly, and most actually get how to teach. You'll get one-on-one help if you're stuck, and there are extra classes for placements too. Some departments are better than others, but overall, the faculty is supportive and want you to do well.

Here are, the professors at Naraina College of Engineering and Technology. They're not just ticking boxes—they actually know their stuff. Loads of them have been teaching for, like, a decade or more, and quite a few rock those PhDs or at least postgrad degrees.

What's cool is, they don't just drone on in lectures. People say they're super chill, pretty easy to talk to, and actually want you to get what they're teaching. You'll catch them running practicals, clearing up doubts (sometimes more than once because, let's be honest, who gets everything the first time? ), and making classes way less boring than you'd expect.
