how to get lateral entry in bits pilani/dce/thapar

i had dropped this year to appear for entrance again in bits my score was 225 ,do not expect much from aieee as i fell ill 3 weeks before the exam ,so now my parents are sending me to amity university .now i want to know well in advance how to get entry in these institutes in the second year

admission in 2nd year of bits pilani is very difficult...........you need to have cgpa 9.75 or above........also u have to appear for a test............till date only one or two have got admission under this category
