How to get loan instantly so that I can pay fees at JAC Delhi online. This time they take fees online.

I am from outside Delhi. I want to study in DTU but my family income is below 2 Lacs. And in this season JAC Delhi councelling is online and payment is also online. Yes I can pay 1500/-. But 1.03 Lacs is big amount for us. I know money is not a problem but now these all things is online.
