I am also assuming that you're doing self-study and have not joined any test series or crash course or coaching class. First thing I noticed about CET was that most of the paper or you can say the whole paper was completely based on textbooks. Now you have two and half months to prepare for it. You must have just given your board exams (assuming you're not repeater) so you must be acquainted with the state board syllabus and text books and even if you're an repeater you must have studied these subjects. My first advice will be to read, understand & re-read the state board text books. Try to solve every objective question in chemistry books. Solve the question which are in the middle of text/lesson for clearing concept. Try to read and understand the complete textbook. You may also attempt to answer the question at the back of lesson to clear your concepts. Once your concept are clear you will start to remember formulas and answering objective question will be easy. Once you have completed reading of text book you may try to attempt mcqs from any practice book for CET from any popular publication (name of books are mentioned in other threads ). You can also try to solve the mcqs of particular chapter from practice/reference book after reading that chapter from text book. Try to cover mcqs of all different categories and subtopics from that chapter. For mathematics also I will suggest to solve complete text book of M1&M2. This will help in clearing concept. You should also try to attempt questions of different type from reference book. Maths is very scoring section and you get enough time to solve the paper so you should attempt in scoring out off marks in mathematics I. e 100/100. In physics and chemistry time management will also be an issue. Practice 1 or 2 paper every week to feel the heat of exam. Start your paper with the section you are comfortable with. Generally it is suggested to start with chemistry (at least at our time it was suggested) but you can start the paper with physics if you're comfortable with it. Do not waste time on any particular question i.e. do not get stuck at any point on any particular question. There is no harm in leaving and going ahead. Do not get dishearten if you are not able to solve few questions. Try to spot questions on your strong/favorite topics and attempt that.
