All the medical colleges ( private or government) of all states and UTs will take part in the centralized counselling and admit students as per their score and respective ranks in NEET. No private or government college is exempted. So, one cannot take admission in MBBS course without qualifying NEET. However, AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct their own entrance tests.
