How to get microsoft certified professional degree?

Microsoft not providing any Degree program It gives you International Certifications. You can choose the technology in which you want to make your career. How long u can make away ur computers from viruses? How many Anti-virus u will install for protecting ur computer? As Antivirus get installed in ur computer ur computer get slow. Am i right? Do u think that All the servers might be running on Windows? if so how much speed u will get in the network solution where so many persons u getting attached?
