Hi,
Transcripts are nothing but the compiled mark sheet of your graduation on 'ONE' single sheet, the transcripts should be 'SIGNED' and 'ATTESTED' by the registrar of the university.
You need to be personally visit the university to obtain your transcript, as you need to sign the acknowledgement
