How to get started for a change of stream from B.Tech CSE to something related to economics.

I am currently in the third year of my B.Tech Comp. Sc. I have done multiple internships in Comp. Sc. I want to try my hands on non-tech interns and I don't have a clue about the work that an internship might require. I have read several books on economics and now going for graduate level ones.

There are 2 options complete B.Tech and give entrance exam or drop now and apply to IGNOU. Since you are from Science background the only option would be management. You can though also pursue BBA LL.B. Or BBA in which economics would be taught.

First of all CAT exam. IPMAT for the IPM course, set and DU JAT TISSNET. After B.Tech most popular stream is MBA. But these courses are really very long. Also you should see IBDO and SBI PO are for direct job in banks.
