How to get the refund of my son's admission fee which was sent via NEFT to the Adams University, Barasat, Kolkata from Guwahati last year?

Last year in August, I have NEFT Rs. 68000/- for my son's admission in B.Com at Adams University, Barasat Kolkata but for some reason, I could not admit him there then I met with the registrar & as per his advice, I wrote an application for the refund of the fee but till date, they never reverted.
