How to get to the big car manufacturing companies like mercedes benz,ferrari, tesla, etc, after 12th which course is most preferred n suitin

I want to work as an high salary engineer in the car manufacturer companies like mercedes benz , tesla, ferrai ,etc. what is the way to reach there? Actually my aim is to work out of India in these big companies. My dream is to desing there models, machines,and all other techs. Please help me to get
