    Hello Samiksha,
    The telephonic round is usually the first elimination round and is very basic in nature. Through this, the recruiter judges the confidence, communication skills and your thought processes. The questions can vary but the telephonic interview normally includes 'How are you? ', 'Tell me something about yourself', why this institute? , why should we choose you? , strength and weakness, educational background, family background, etc. You can do wonders if you are confident and make sense to the recruiter.
