How to go about a career as a Hindi news reader as I have an education through hindi medium? Can I go about it without any course?

i want to do tv anchoring in news channel but have fear in my mind that it will take me to struggle and what about salary package and can i try without any professional cours my hindi is good becoz i m from hindi medeum and i have completed my b com from mumbai univ
