dear babul u can surely opt for any Engineering college and can go for b tech in CSE.. after doing B tech u can go for MBA in any trade...

With a Diploma in Civil Engg, you can look forward to pursue B.tech course by getting admissions through the lateral entry to any institute where this provision is available.
