    Students willing to study abroad absolutely free of cost must note that it is very highly unlikely that they get entirely free education. Even though you can avail off a fully-paid scholarship or a tuition fee waiver, you will still have to take into account the costs of standardised subject and language tests, university application fees and miscellaneous costs.  However, there are very few scholarships that cover the costs of these standardised tests while also supporting the cost of your stay in the foreign land.
