How to go for PhD in Telangana after B.Tech?

I'm interested in applying for Ph.D. in any of the college's in Telangana in psychology or arts. I have finished my B.Tech in 2017. Please advice how to go about it.

Yes for sure. Since B.Tech is a professional course hence it's considered equivalent to conventional Masters courses like M.Sc. Etc. There are various IITs which directly admit students after B.Tech for PhDs ( like IIT Kanpur and IIT Gandhinagar). You should have great academic and research profile
