Are you already Oracle DBA Certified ?
If no then get yourself Certified first. If yes then learn the deployment skills and Administrative skills to secure your database. I must suggest that you must take hands on Administrative skills in Linux platform for enhancing your career opportunities

Start with books like korth and then there are certifcations if you want to make your career in oracle dba.
