How to have a medical store and what is the expense. I am a pharmacist and having my drug licence

Dear sir, I am a pharmacist completed my course from Orissa State Board Of Pharmacy in 2008 from Mayurbhanj, Orissa. I am willing to open a pharmaceutical store in Baharagora, Jharkhand as it is my native place. I am having my drug license of Jharkhand. So, please give me brief description about it.
