How to improve english speaking? Please give the name of the books?

there are two things in english to be focussed on.
first is vocabulary. Until and unless you know proper words, you cant express. I would suggest you to start with "word power made easy" by norman lewis which is based on root-prefix-suffix system. for example, pro is a prefix which mean before. when
