as manish told read newspapers in english with read novels, search good grammar books also for english...side by side u also see english movies where lines are written below and read them.. for improving english and sometime listen to english songs also...to speak with fluency..

Thier are many ways, one of the best ways is Reading English News Papers, watch Movies with Sub-Titles and also you can watch BBC news.
