    The AICTE approved diploma in Cinematography is three years of duration course. Any degree will be a prerequisite qualification for admission in Screenplay and Direction Course and for the other courses, a pass in Higher Secondary is the qualification.Fourteen students are admitted in each discipline.
    Notification for admission to courses is published in leading Tamil and English newspapers and admissions commence in July of every academic year.
    Tuition fees of Rs.15,000/-, Special fees of Rs.1,500/- and Development fees of Rs.2,000/- are collected from the students.
