How to join NASA after class 12th?

Hello Vishnu Tripathi Learn about the NASA Pathways Intern Employment Program (IEP). NASA has a program called the Pathways Program, which offers three different ways to begin working with them. The NASA Pathways Intern Employment Program is for current college students or for people who have been accepted into a qualifying educational program. If you are accepted into the program, you'll be able to perform paid work, learn the necessary skills, and gain the relevant experience and connections to hopefully be able to transition into a career with NASA.

It requires high qualification. It is good that you want to join NASA, but I will suggest that you must opt for Masters or Ph.D before applying for NASA.
