The best way is by referring to DAAD website, it is a comprehensive list of universities and programs, provides info on scholarships and requirements too. They keep on organising seminars too, try to attend those. Check the DAAD India website. Best of luck.

You need minimum 80% marks to get admission in German Universities. As procedures are not clearly given in University web sites you get the help education consultants abroad and apply through them
