Hi, Well I may suggest you with the following options:-
Speak without Fear:- Learning English requires practice. Don't let a little fear stop you from getting what you want.
Use all of your Resources:- Using as many different sources, methods and tools as possible, will allow you to learn faster.

In order to improve your English you can do the following things:
Start reading good English magazines and news papers, and while reading underline the words for which you do not know the meaning, then refer to the dictionary and find out the meaning of the word.

you have make habit to learn at least 40 to 50 difficult words per day from dictionary, and and make some difficult sentience or you can write you daily diary in english

There must be some English speaking classes in your city. Join that. If not then I suggest you take up some short course in English speaking first to improve your basiscs and enhance your confidence level. Procure a book "English Grammer" by Wren & Martin and try to learn the grammer part from it. R
