How to lodge complaint against any university?
Sir, I\'m IInd Y engg student in RTU kota.\nSir the result of IInd Y has\'t declard yet,\nIt is every Year habbit of this univ.\neven the RTI section in website don\'t work?\nMy Q:-\nwhr can i complaint against this university? & what is the probality of action taken by authority?

If this is something that's happening, better give a written complain to the dean of the university stating that you perhaps may have to go to the higher authorities if proper steps are not taken in time. And if you really wish to make a big complain better write a letter to the UGC Head Office ( a

But this is a habit of many universities in India, So don't worry. Does your university offer opportunities for course lagging ? Some universities do so!!!!
