    Advocate is the key professional in the legal system of any country. To be eligible for becoming an Advocate, one should be a graduate in any discipline for joining 3 years LL.B. Course being run by various universities and law colleges or 10+2 for joining an integrated course of 5 years of B.A. + LL.B.     To become an advocate, one has to must possess a degree in LL.B. To get LL.B. either you should have a Bachelors degree then you can get admission in LL.B. Course on the basis of an entrance exam or can go for Integrated 5 years LL.B. course through the CLAT or other Law entrance exams conducted by various Universities after the 12th. After completing the LL.B course every student has to complete the mandatory internship as per the norms of Institutes. Finally, to enter in the profession as practicing lawyer.
