I am 30years old. I am a BA graduate and doing a job in tally 9.2 since 2 years as an accountant in a construction firm.

Masters in Accounting & Finance
MBA Finance
Simultaneously, you may opt for professional program such as:-
*Chartered Accountancy
*Certified Public Accountant
*ICWA/ICWA- Cost Accountancy

Go for M.B.A (Banking and finance)
Prepare for banking service commission, Staff selection commission or join some private specialised bank as junior assistant.
