After 12th with biology, you can go for a professional course like B.Tech Biotech/ nanaotech/ food tech./ agri. or you can go for BPT, B.Pharma, BMLT and so on. All these are the courses that are going to get a good job for you. There are many reputed colleges and universities VIT, Vellore, RGUHS, K
