How to make career in biology?
I want to reapper 121 with bio subject including it but i have no opted it last year so whether i can directly reapper 12 or i have to start from 11 with biology subject.

Yes you can give your biology paper and go for a course of your liking. Check details of courses available for you from some good college sites like galgotia, lovely univ, visvesveraya etc -
As per your query you have top reappear in 11th but as per provision you may opt bio form NIOS after completion of your 12th
