hi shaillja , For getting into medical field, you need to first opt for Science(biology) stream in your 10+2(you have to work hard to achive your goal if u wana be a doctor) after that you have to face COMMON ENTRANCE Like neet,manipal ,comdk etc..if you qualify...then you can be a doctor. all the
