To manage time for JEE Advanced preparation - don't plan the day. Instead, plan a week. Decide your weekly goals and make sure you study 60hours every week.
Make a to do list for the things you need to complete in a week. Divide it into categories like : previous year questions, assignments, book reading, test etc.
Now fix number of hours to each category. Never plan for more than 40hours. Keep 20hours as flexible. Your brain will want to plan for all 60 hours. But don't do it. Only plan work for 40hours. If you study in this way every week till JEE Advanced exam. You will secure good rank.
