How to pay for exam fee after due date?

I am a student of Presidency college Bangalore which comes under Bangalore University, the last date of payment of the UG fee was 15th of April with fine of 1000 and today it's 20th of April I am a repeater please help me I only have this one subject to clear my graduation and it's my last attempt !
