first collect complete information, syllabus and study material and then be focused be regular and determined for it, because it is like Tapasya that requires great patience.

Prepare preliminary exams for UPSC by updating the latest current affairs,aptitude and reasoning books available in the market.Prepare the subject where you can get also from the leading book stalls.
