    Geometry by Hall Stevens and Coordinate Geometry by Loney are the best textbooks for the preparation of 2D geometry (JEE Mains and Advanced). .

    Firstly, you need to understand the basic concepts then switch on to the formulas. In this way, you can definitely get a good command over 2D geometry.

    2D geometry appears tough at first glance but once you start reading & understanding it but by bit, it then seems quite simple. CBSE book on the subject is really quite nicely written. Try to understand from this. But if you fail to fathom some part of it, please approach your teacher. I am sure with his help you can overcome your hesitation comfortably. Let me assure you that all teachers do look forward to students coming to them with queries.
