You should be thorough with your PCB portions in NCERT and along with solve previous question papers and MCQ s as much as possible.

For appearing examinations conducted by CBSE, you need to be very thorough with the portion of NCERT of standard 11th and 12th. Apart from that you also need to solve a good number of MCQs.
