There are three parts involved in preparing for any competitive exam.
    1. Learning the concepts.
    2. Solving questions and papers
    3. Evaluation and improving.
You can use Youtube or refer some books to clarify concepts and learn about the test format and structure.
For solving problems you can buy some books by Tata McGraw Hill, Arihant for CAT and Kaplan, GMAT Review for GMAT.
For evaluation and improving, you can solve papers and evaluate them yourself. Find out your weaknesses and work on improving them.

    Hi,
Quants: All you need to do is to understand these concepts and practice questions with cross category (which have 2-3 topics combined).
LR: Make boxes while solving and practice as much as you can.
DI: Decimals like 1/11, 1/12, 1/13, 2/11 should be on your tips for easy calculation.
Verbal: Just start reading, novels, newspapers, any sort of reading material you find for at least 1-2 hours a day. Notice usage of words with their different meaning.
