To prepare CAT and MAT, you can take help from any tutor, you can take guidance from mentor or can fix any coaching class. You can study from online tutoring websites also. There are many websites where you can study online from teachers, sitting at your home.

Good Noon ! For MAT there is a book from Arihant named Face to Face, the best you may get for preparing for MAT. That for CAT all such books for CAT & XAT, the more you practice. the better it will be. Thank you and all the best.
