    1. Understand the exam well. Before getting into the preparation tips for the CAT exam, the first thing one should get familiar with is the syllabus of CAT and the exam pattern in detail.
    2. Prepare a study plan.
    3. Candidates should frame a preparation strategy that best suits their daily schedule.
    4. Go through newspapers, journals, magazines, blogs, articles, etc.
    5. Give online mock tests.
    6. Time management.
    7. Good study material.
    8. Solve previous year's papers.

    That's one of the main question every student want to know during his graduation. So, firstly don't panic in beginning regarding course and time. Start step by step. In the beginning, first start reading a daily newspaper or articles. That will work on your VA.

    Secondly, side be side get yourself indulged in News Channel, daily news, some big news happening. The GK section is not in CAT. But, it really matters during the PI time.

    Then start with your previous Maths books topics like numbers, averages. Start from basic to difficult. Mostly students get low score in VA and RC because of there bad vocabulary. So start learning 10 words a da
