Friend first give try for one cat exam by reading prescribed books for aptitude and verbal then you will see where you are standing next year prepare accordingly because more than 2 lakh people are taking cat so its not easy to beat 99% i.e., 180000 people so try ask some experts use catforum.com en

Hi,
As per your query I would suggest you to first start with self-preparation and stick to it for few weeks and revise your class 10 and 12th maths (CBSE/ICSE if possible) to strengthen your basics.
After self preparation for 1-2 weeks, then you may consider joining some good coaching institute.
