Even if you join an institute, you must prepare your self. So an eclectic approach involving self preparations with assistance and expertise will be of help to you

There are both individual preparation and group preparation and both are needed.The two should be combined cleverl so as to get good percentile.

Own preparation is good if you prepare well. But if you go to institute, You will read in a partcular time everyday and you will some additional information through other students and lecturers.
